About the author Glenn MarlandDr. Glenn Marland is a Senior Lecturer at the University of the West of Scotland and Vice Chair of the Mental Health Subject Development Group. Lisa McNay is also Vice Chair of the Mental Health Subject Development Group, and has published work in the Journal of Mental Health, Psychological Medicine and the British Journal of Clinical Psychology. Dr. Austyn Snowden has worked as an RMN in England, the Channel Islands, Saudi Arabia and Australia, mainly in care of the older adult.He is currently lecturing at the University of the West of Scotland.
